The Journal of Educational Socio Techno and Innovation (JETI) adheres to the principle of open access, whereby all content is freely accessible to readers at no cost. Every article published in JETI is protected under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows readers to copy, distribute, and adapt the work provided they give proper attribution to the author and mention the original publication in JETI. Copyright for the articles remains entirely with the authors, while JETI holds the rights as the first publisher.

JETI enforces a strict anti-plagiarism policy, where every manuscript undergoes originality checks using Turnitin with a similarity tolerance threshold of less than 20%. Manuscripts detected for plagiarism will be rejected, and the authors may face sanctions, including being placed on a blacklist. Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their work and must sign an Originality Statement and Copyright Transfer Agreement prior to publication.

Authors are permitted to retain preprint and postprint versions in their personal or institutional repositories and use their articles for other academic purposes provided they cite the original publication in JETI. In the event of a publication ethics violation, JETI reserves the right to retract the relevant article with official notification. Every published article will receive a DOI as a permanent identifier to ensure long-term accessibility.
